This weekend, something truly special unfolded at Cap St Georges in Cyprus. Under the soft evening skies and against the backdrop of the Mediterranean, we had the honour of experiencing two unforgettable dinners by Chef Kazuyuki Tanaka.


Known for his delicate precision and deep-rooted philosophy of balance and beauty, Chef Tanaka delivered a culinary journey that was nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish told a quiet story — of Japanese elegance, French technique, and a respect for every ingredient that could be felt in every bite.

The ambiance, the setting, the company… and above all, the food — it all came together in a way that reminded us why we do what we do.
